This temporary role (5-6 months) will help identify, attract, and hire the best talent possible to become employees at Rocky Vista University. 
This role will work closely with the Human Resources Team within Rocky Vista University-COM with responsibility for full cycle recruiting.  Source, arrange interviews, and hire best-fit employees for assigned departments and/or job types.  

This role is located at the Parker, CO campus, Monday - Friday 40 hours a week.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Partner with hiring managers to source and interview open faculty and staff positions as assigned by hiring manager(s)
  • Utilize best posting strategies and social networking tools; make recommendations and assist departments with ad placements to target desired faculty and staff.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring mangers and interview teams.
  • Arrange interviews, agenda, hotels for applicant as needed. 
  • Verify diversity outreach strategies have been implemented.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assist HR with administrative projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business, communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Recruiting experience in Higher Ed, employment agency, or corporate environment. 
  • STRONG experience utilizing social networking tools for recruiting purposes is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient with MS Office Products and technology tools and Internet, social media, and sourcing tools to reach out to others.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with hiring departments, internal human resources team, and candidates; ability to understand job requirements and identify those requirements in candidate resume or CV.
