TEMPORARY Data Coordinator

This temporary position with no benefits (12 weeks) will help gather, organize and implement data for the New Innovations to Exxat transition in the Department of Clinical Affairs.
 
This role is located at the Parker, CO campus, Monday - Friday 40 hours a week.

Final applicant will be required to pass drug test and background check.
 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
 
  1. Compile data from the current clinical tracking system (New Innovations) and work with designated persons to prepare for implementation with Exxat.
  2. Research, complete and update information fields in extracted data.
  3. Update affiliation agreements to coincide with designated clinical tracking data for implementation into Exxat.
  4. Assist in updating student and preceptor information in New Innovations, Exxat and other databases as needed.
  5. Provide support and assist the Clinical Affairs Manager and Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs.
  6. Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Affairs Manager, Clinical Data Coordinator and/or Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs. 
 
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  
     1. Assist administration, faculty and staff in special projects as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  1. Proficient in using analytical tools and instrumentals for instance, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, etc. (Experience in New Innovations a plus!).
  2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software; ability to learn a new software and database systems.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  1. Associates Degree
  2. Work experience in undergraduate medical education
  3. Work experience in a Residency Program
